Buyzone India Pvt Ltd has been selling clothing, footwear and artificial jewelery on a large scale at wholesale rates to Flipkart and Amazon since 2010 in offline mode. From Flipkart we get 35% of total sales of products and 25% from Amazon, we are also opening its franchise in India.

We are soon going to start selling in B2B and B2C modes for the first time in India on our online platform named Buyoz Retails. We need the support as well as sales. Below are our terms:

1. For multifold growth, the quality of your product should be good. You can buy the products from us or anywhere else. You will be solely responsible for the return of defective products and defective products purchased from other wholesalers. For the return of the product purchased by the customer from the company's application, you must replace the customer's product within 8 days after our executives have verified the product or the customer demands a refund. You must return the money to the company within 8 hours after our executives have verified the products. So that the company can return the money to the customer on his given time. These rules will be valid only for B2C.
2. Only for B2B, product replacement or replacement of those products with other products, no refund. We will also be responsible for the products supplied by our company.
3. Any product that the customer purchases from us, and if there is any problem with the quality, cut or torn of those products, the customer can send us his request for a return or refund of his product within 24 hours. Only then we can arrange a refund for the Customer's Product. Company will not be obligated to make a replacement or refund after 24 hours.
4. Retailers have to add courier charges to their product margins because you have to pay courier charges to the company.
5. We charge you a small amount for a limited time to join us. In which, we charge you Rs. 1100 as one time registration charge as Diwali Special offer. We are not charging any service fee for now.
